On January 5, 2023, the 17th "China Chip" Excellent Integrated Circuit Product Award Ceremony was grandly held in Hengqin, Zhuhai. VIEWTRIX Technology won the 17th "China Chip" Excellent Technology Innovation Product Award with its uOLED silicon-based micro display driver chip - VTOS6205.

"China Chip" is the highest honor of the domestic integrated circuit industry and is known as the vane of the domestic industry development, and the event has been held for 17 consecutive years. "China Chip" 2022 solicitation event received a total of 334 chip product registration materials from 227 companies, reaching a new historical peak . The selection results of "China Chip" represent the highest level of domestic integrated circuit products, fully reflecting the development and innovation direction of domestic integrated circuit design.

The award-winning VTOS6205 silicon-based OLED microdisplay driver and backplane chip of VIEWTRIX Technology has a size of 0.49 inches and a resolution of 1920x1080. The PPI of this product is up to 4536. It is a highly integrated single chip design, which includes the driver circuit and pixel array, supports high-speed interface, and the screen brushing rate can reach 90Hz. It has built-in temperature compensation and voltage compensation functions. It can be applied to portable Augmented reality (AR) glasses and action viewing products. At the same time, VTOS6205 supports high refresh rate and local display functions with MIPI interface for mobile phone resolution. This product contains multiple patented technologies with company owned intellectual property rights.

Micro OLED chip of VIEWTRIX Technology won the 17th "China Chip" Excellent Technology Innovation Product Award

Previously, the AMOLED mobile phone panel driver chip (VTDR6110), silicon based OLED micro display and driver chip (VTOS6203) developed by VIEWTRIX Technology won "China Chip" Excellent Technology Innovation Product Award in 2019 and 2020 respectively. 

A series of uOLED silicon based micro display chips independently developed by VIEWTRIX Technology, such as 0.39 inches, 0.49 inches, 0.71 inches, and 1.03 inches, have already been put into mass production. Among them, the 0.39-inch FHD micro display chip, with a PPI of 5644, can present a high-resolution holographic image of 1920 * 1080 in 100 to 200 inches in front of the human eye through an optical lens, which is at the highest level in the world.

The AMOLED driver chip independently developed by VIEWTRIX Technology focuses on high-resolution mobile applications with FHD and above specifications, meeting various application requirements such as narrow borders, high screen ratio, and flexible curved surfaces. VIEWTRIX Technology has successfully introduced multiple driver chips to multiple mobile phone brand customers and achieved mass production through cooperation with major panel manufacturers in China. In order to meet the requirements of the market and customers, the company continues to develop new products and launch them to the market. In 2022, the company launched two new AMOLED driver chip products, VTDR6115 and VTDR6130A, among which VTDR6115 is a leading player in the industry and has been successfully verified and mass-produced on branded mobile phones.
